Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon, Inc. recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Test Analyst IV to work out of Cheyenne Mountain AFB, CO.
**JOB SUMMARY:** Conduct operational test and evaluation in support to the 17th Test Squadron, Detachment 2 on the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) network. Use Design of Experiments and Combinatorial testing techniques as required to validate adequate test coverage and determine data requirements. Participate in all phases of test management with the emphasis on operational requirements, test design and test tool selection. Develop test procedures to verify software and/or hardware mission system modifications meet operational requirements. Conduct test and evaluation actions on the operational system and review data for completeness prior to completing test activities. Analyze the data using statistical methods to determine performance and predict future shortfalls. Generate reports containing data analyses, findings, and recommendations for leadership fielding decisions.
* Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution
* 7 years of technical experience in DoD (i.e., mission operations within the ITW/AA system-of-systems for missile warning, air defense, or network
operations) and USAF OT&E; test design, execution, analysis, and reporting.
* An additional 6 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for Craftsman education requirements.
* Top Secret/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word,PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* Understanding of the following ITW/AA mission system: Missile Analysis and Reporting System (MARS), Processing and Display System-Migration (PDS-M), Air MissionEvolution (AME),
Communication Processing System (CPS), System Operations (SysOps), and HP Operations Manager as part of the Combatant Commander Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S).
* Possess a broad understanding of statics to include: data distributions, data sampling techniques, confidence intervals, and regression test techniques.
* Understanding of Design of Experiments fundamentals and ability to apply DOE principles to test planning and post-test data analysis methods.
* Understand how to evaluate common system effectiveness and suitability factors including reliability, maintainability, and availability.
* Possess working knowledge of Air Force Space Command and Air Combat Command test and evaluation directives.
* Able to use data reduction tools to analyze raw data to identify system deficiencies.
* Perform as a member of an integrated team to develop test methodologies to evaluate system performance using basic statistical analysis.
* Design a test scope and develop a test approach with the purpose of evaluating systems performance.
* Develop operational test documentation to include: test plans, test execution procedures, data analysis plans, test reports, and required briefings.
* Create surveys to evaluate acceptability of human factors, documentation, training safety, and other areas as applicable.
* Direct data collection activities and verify all test objectives are completed.
* Collect and analyze maintenance data to determine system suitability.
* Use statistical analysis tools and methods to evaluate test data and document test results.
* Write technical reports to accurately describe results and problems encountered during testing.
* Present evaluation results for customer review and ensure all documents and briefings comply with higher headquarters guidance.
* Additional duties as assigned.
